We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All returns and refunds are shipped at the expense of the customer however, if your item is shown to be faulty, you will be reimbursed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt and or proof of purchase, including the return tracking details.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return has been received, we will notify you via email and confirm the outcome of your request.
If approved, your refund will be credited via your original payment method.
Refund time may vary, if you have not received your refund, please contact your Bank and or Credit Card Company in the first instance.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Items will be replaced if they are shown to be defective or damaged.
Sale & Discounted Products
All discounted or sales products are final.
Currency
All prices shown are shown in NZD. If you are placing an international order, your bank determines the currency conversion rate.
