Click & Collect - Local Pickups

We are in Christchurch and offer click & collect of your purchase as opposed to having it shipped. Please select the pick-up option at checkout or contact at raumoa.clothing@gmail.com to arrange a collection time. Alternatively, you can contact us on our social media platforms.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is collected by the courier. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-4 business days of placing your order, please email us and we'll have this resolved as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Due to new changes in international shipping, the shipping price is only an estimate and may be subject to change (Price Increase). If so, a separate invoice will be sent via the email address provided.

COVID-19

Please note, the impact of COVID-19 is still causing local, and national delays for shipping carriers here in New Zealand and around the world, if your item is in transit but delayed, please use the provided tracking number, and contact them in the first instance.
